Do I need to refrigerate my tallow balm?
No, you can store at room temperature below 80 degrees for best texture. You can refrigerate for extended shelf life or for a cooling effect to soothe sunburns.
Does your tallow have a smell?
We take pride in selling a tallow that is gently rendered several times to remove the impurities which results in a neutral, clean scent.
What is the shelf life of your tallow?
Our skincare products are crafted with food grade ingredients and have an average shelf life of six to nine months depending on storage variables. Since we don’t use preservatives or chemicals, our products aren’t meant to be stored for prolonged periods and should be used as any other consumable.
What is your return policy?
Based on the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully read the full ingredient list for each product for any possible allergens. Our products are crafted without preservatives, fillers and chemicals. Be mindful of getting water in your product and store it in a cool, dry, dark area for longest shelf life.
