DIRECTIONS: Spritz on pillow & bottoms of feet before bed, under armpits as a deodorant or to detox, on back of the neck for migraines and directly on sore/achy muscles.

Take the time to Google "magnesium benefits", and the list is endless. Bendy Buddah has done a great job of making it easy to apply, it actually smells great and the price point in my opinion is incredibly cheap compared to other similar products. You can buy from a large company or you can buy from them and get something that they believe and focus their entire life around. They even sent something extra besides what we ordered, appreciate the thought/care and will be a returning customer.

Not sure I’ve found a natural product I love more than this spray! It smells great and IT WORKS! Great for leg cramps and hip pain during pregnancy. Highly recommend for any sore muscles too!
